  Daren Carswell has earned my customer loyalty and my future business. Here's why:
  
  Last month I phoned a certified Husqvarna repair shop/dealer in Inverness to reattach a thrown drive belt on my riding mower. Even though my house is in Floral City, I thought if the repairs were serious, they might be covered under warranty. That's the only reason I didn't phone Carswell's first. The Inverness rep and I chatted quite awhile, then set a date for pickup (5 days later) and delivery (the following week). I told her I would be out of town for pick~up, but would make sure to return the day of delivery so I could mow my very tall grass. When I arrived home, the mower was just where I had left it ~ with the belt still off! I immediately​ phoned the Inverness shop and spoke with the same rep who said she had no record nor memory of my repair request nor my having ever phoned! This is after a week had gone by.
  
  It was then that I called Carswell's and spoke with Daren to explain the situation. He said he would pick up the mower day after next and deliver it the following day. (Yay!) I had to be out of town when he did all this, and was delighted to find it waiting in my shed and ready to mow when I returned the following day . The best part was, he charged less than the other place would have (slipped belt due to a missing spring) and even let me slip my payment check under his shop door on the weekend. That's trust. In addition, Daren is very pleasant and professional ~ and will not forget your order! I will take my Husqvana to him in the future and not waste my time with the other "certified" repair shop.
